The size was wrong for my opinion

I really like the produce and the way it matched my camper. But I was able to have the swing changed out as soon as I would have like, but when I did the size sent was wrong. It wasn’t boxed in the correct/proper box. I wasn’t aware of that until it was too late to return. That again wasn’t my fault due to lack of staff. Just not the best experience. Had to order one through a local umbrella factory.

Install & Look in my review

The instructions for the install are correct, but unless you have experience and are a pro with spring loaded equipment, ask for assistance or like we did - find another way to install.Our experience installing this, without unloading the spring, went well. However, keep in mind we had four people helping to install. Once we were all in the same page and set up, it look less than ten minutes to install. Be prepared to have assistance.

  • This awning is fairly easy to install as long as you have 2 people. Good quality and looks great!

  • The fabric might not be as durable and long-lasting due to being made of lower-grade material

Easier than expected! Great value!

This was way easier than we expected and we should’ve done it wayyy sooner. Great quality, great shipping and we are very happy! This definitely modernized our camper! Would buy again!

Recommended, great value for the money

This awning is of great quality. It was fairly simple to install it included installation instructions but I recommend watching a few YouTube videos first. I installed it by myself but use a second helper if you have it. Would definitely buy this product again.

Don't need to spend a lot for quality.

The awning came very fast and packed well. They do send directions with it but we went on YouTube. My wife and I installed this ourselves I'm 72 not hard at all ,best of all it looks great.

Damaged product, do to improper packaging.

Product looked pretty good until after installation noticed multiple pin holes. Thinking that it was caused by the way it was folded and packaged because thats where all the holes are located.

Great Product, Even better customer service

Spoke with Customer service about size. (Just to confirm) product shipped fast and installed in about an hour. allow more time and add a helper if you have never installed one before.

Pros
  • Nice thickness. Color as advertised. Installed myself to save money. Would buy again.

  • The stitching might not be as secure, causing potential tears and rips
