I enjoyed every aspect of this product. My truck should have had this sturdy bracket from the factory. It was a great design and fit like it was made to hang a 2.5" exhaust pipe. Installation took less than 10 minutes. A wrench was used. The pipe no longer rattles and stays where it belongs! A lot of people complain about how close together the adjustable hanger nut and the U clamp nut are, but to be honest I haven't had any problems. They are both free to rotate and accordingly tighten right where they are. I would assume that if you try to use the socket wrench it won't work, but I quickly overcame it with just a wrench.
