Works well best in my review

These work well. I use them for keeping kombucha warm through the winter, and will actually use them for seedlings here soon.

Great Product ! - my new review

These plant mats work great ! There's step by step instructions on the warming mats and if you follow that you can't fail. On the mats it tells you how long to keep your plants on the heat and when to water your seedlings. Pretty simple !In the photos you see some empty containers because I didn't use them all, but the ones I did grew like crazy.I'm so glad I bought these warming mats ! They are made well and operated just like their supposed to. I read in other reviews that they don't get very

Great buy! in my review

I have used these under a small 36 pellet "greenhouse ". The greenhouse is simply a tray with a lightweight plastic cover over 36 small pellet cylinders. Using the heat mat, every planted pellet has produced sprouts! Even if only 1/4 survive, the mats have paid for themselves!

Dangerous!: my feedback

DO NOT BUY. UNSAFE! I bought these mats last April. Worked fine. This year my sprouted plants started to die and I thought I had over-watered and upon lifting the liner to check how much water was in the bottom tray I found the mat was almost too hot to touch. My surface thermometer showed the mat temp at 167°! It melted the bottom tray. Could have been disastrous.

Junk, poor heat. best in my review

I bought these trying to save a buck and wish I hadn’t. They hardly heat, at times didn’t feel warmer than room temperature (approximately 67 degrees f). I bought Burpee brand and plugged in to do a side by side comparison and instantly noticed a temperature difference. I do not recommend buying these.

They do not have individual heat controls,nor do they need them.

Better quality than other mats.

I'm not sure if they're made in Japan, but the writing on the mats is Japanese, which in my experience with electronics indicates a higher quality product. These are much nicer than my other heat mats. The plastic is thicker, the heat more uniform, and they unrolled and flattened out nicely. To flatten out, I put it on top of my metal washing machine, plugged it in, and after it started to heat up, sat two 9x13 cookie sheets on top with something to weigh them down. This item simply does not work

I bought this a few weeks ago and just started using it when I finished building my Ikea green house. It emits absolutely no heat what-so ever. I'm so incredibly disappointed. and of course the return deadline is past due

New way of starting seeds

This is my first attempt to use a heat mat. So far, so good. I think my cabbages have already started to germinate, and this is the second day they have been planted. I was concerned that the heat mat would be too hot -- it is apparently perfect (just right at 70 degrees. I'm only using one of the two mats so far. Need to pot more before I use the other one.

Cheap for a reason: my feedback

Mats arrived clean well packed and looked to be well made. Neither get hot. They produce a small amount of heat close to where the power cord runs into the mat, that’s it. No heat throughout the mat. The infinity mats are great and the vivosun mats also preform well. Don’t waste your money here.
