This is a room darkening curtain and not a 100% light blocking curtain.This is a dark grey velvet which gives off a red glow. Though it does darken the room, it isn’t a complete light block. It doesn’t have a lining in the back. The material is very soft, luxurious, and beautiful. There are some wrinkles in the fabric where the light peeps through the fabric. If you plan on sleeping during the day this might not be what you are looking for.

But not quaite. These block all direct light but the sun lights them up so these are not true blackout curtains but standard velvet ones. I think these are nice curtains and they seem to be made pretty well. At this price I would have to call them a decent 4 star buy.Just my thoughts,AK

I love the color and quality. I didn't steam or iron them before hanging them, but I will. Other than the wrinkles, they're lovely.

Not sure how to get wrinkles out of velvet. Very soft and pretty true to color. But packaging has "crushed” and creased the fabric. A little research is in my future.

They look very expensive and do a great job at blocking out the light. They were barely wrinkled when I took them out of the packaging. I really love them in my space.

I love these curtains. My bedroom gets a lot of light from the street at night, but these curtains stopped the light, keeping it dark. As a bonus, they provide insulation. They tie back easily during the day.

I like these curtains a lot. They're very well made and thick. They keep the outside temps and light out and keep the room night-dark. If you work nights and need a good set of curtains to keep your room dark these are a great choice. The colors are pure, too. Highly recommend them.

THEY HAVE RIPPLES IN THE SEAM AND EDGE HEMS, SO THEY DONT LAY SMOOTH, BUT THE BLOCK LIGHT AND SOFTEN THE NOISE. Made of ultra-soft and luxurious grey velvet material for a cozy and comfortable feel! THANKS.

Color was not as described. These were more red than burgundy but nice fabric. Not fully black out. Happy with them given the price we paid.

Although I loved the shade of taupe, and the color was lovely.The quality was something left to be desired. I have other velvet curtains in my bedroom that I got from ebay and they are thick, heavy and completely blackout. These barely darkened the room. Plus they were really thin. I returned.

So beautiful, luxurious, and soft. Such a great price point too. I bought 4 sets.but I should have gotten more! I have 1 more sliding glass door and these look so pretty across my living and dining room.

I cannot believe these curtains are at this price point! They are gorgeous, and super soft! I am using them in my bedroom, and with 10-foot ceilings, I needed a curtain that would be appropriately tall. The 108" length of these is perfect and makes my bedroom beautiful!

These curtains are as good or better that a Walmart or Target brand. Their very soft, heavy, and they block out ALL light. I am very pleased with my purchase. Two thumbs up 👍 👍
