Biodegradable with drawstring

What I have noticed, it's hard to find Biodegradable Drawstring bags that are 8 to 13 gallons and affordable. This is my second time purchasing them. They can easily rip but as long as your careful, you should be okay. These are the best as in affordable and Biodegradable with drawstring. I do wish they were a little more sturdy.ProsDoesn't have a oderBiodegradableDrawstringsAffordableConsIt can rip easily if you are not careful

Pros
  • 200 Counts 4 Gallon Trash Bags Drawstring
Cons
  • Bags tear easily when full

Flimsy, thin, and tears easily

I wanted to like these because they had a drawstring, but they are flimsy and cannot hold much garbage without tearing at the seam where the bag meets the drawstring. I also put my finger through the material when trying to fully open the bag. Will not buy again. Do not recommend.

Pros
  • Perfect size for small trash cans in any room
Cons
  • Drawstring doesn't seal tightly enough

no perforation: my feedback

just started using them today and my return date is past. Like the idea of Think Green compostable bag. The design of the dispensing box. Negative: NO perforation to separate bags had to use scissors.

Pros
  • Ideal for those who care about the environment
Cons
  • Contains harmful chemicals

Size not as advertised

Sadly these bags did not fit my receptacle despite the fact that I carefully measured to make sure they would. The 1.2 gallon size is pictured on line as 14.9 inches across the top. As you can see in the picture, it is 13.25 inches. It's also described as 15.7 inches long, but is an even 15 inches.

Pros
  • Drawstring closure for easy disposal
Cons
  • Bags often leak

Tear Easily on my review.

These bags do not hold up. They cannot hold anything of weight and tear immediately. I would not recommend. Opening of bag is too small for larger items.

Pros
  • Saves time and money by reducing waste
Cons
  • Opening of bag is too small for larger items

Love them being compostable.

I use these bags to dispose of cat litter which I do frequently. I feel a lot better using them instead of regular plastic bags.

Pros
  • Great for organizing small items
Cons
  • Not durable enough for heavy trash

Not sturdy at all- tears and leaks

These bags leaked and tore easily. I kept trying to put less in them, but no matter what I did they tore. That's my feedback.

Pros
  • very small trash bags perfect for the small trash can
Cons
  • The bag is sooo thin plus it 's torn at the tearaway line every time i tried to pull one for use.

Complete Junk Don't Buy

Complete junk. Filled it up with a little bit of decompostable light weight cat litter and it fell right through the bottom. A second use was done and 4 sheets of standard printer paper fell through. These are not worth buying. I would like to return but they don't allow returns.

Pros
  • Household Supplies
Cons
  • Bag size is inconsistent

Worthless! in my review

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I used one bag, ONE and when removing the trash from the can the drawstring broke. Then the bottom gave out all over the floor and kitchen rug. Congratulations you have hurt the environment because my experiment with plant based trash bags is OVER. I am going back to regular bags I can buy at the store. Spent 20 minutes cleaning up the mess these left and had to chuck a perfectly good pair of Minnetonka slippers because of this. Oh and after cleaning my…

Pros
  • Clear bags make it easy to see contents
Cons
  • Product is overpriced

Not worth the money

These looked promising but they are super thin and tear easily. Love the color of them but that's the only nice thing about them. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • Not biodegradable

Good enough: my feedback

This bags are certainly not as strong as the regular ones but if you carefully handle them it sure can be used even in the kitchen garbage bin. We're not having any big issues with the change. Pleased with the purchase.

Pros
  • very nice little bag
Cons
  • To small for my trash cans. Opening not large enough to fold over the trash cans.

Almost perfect on my review.

This are perfect as far as being biodegradable and the draw string and they fit the container I bought perfectly (they didn’t come together and I had to really look for these bags). I would say that they send A LOT but now that I had them, the amount seems ok. You can’t fill them too much because they will tear but while they are sturdy enough, they could be sturdier. I got lost my sense of smell due to Covid but I don’t think they have a scent and that’s a good thing

Pros
  • Paper & Plastic
Cons
  • Not eco-friendly

Used in a Compost can

It does the job of lining the compost can. When I overload it, it tears at the straps, but still functional. Wish there was a 'pop-up/tear-away' dispenser to have the next bag at the ready. As of right now, it just site under the sink in a roll.

Pros
  • A few slight concerns with some of the draw strings/top ring separating but most perform as expected!
Cons
  • First roll was fins , second roll tears easily I probably won't buy them again

They tear apart at every seam and are not compostable

No clue how these have such a high rating. They tear apart at the side seams and the top band rips off when you try to cinch them. They are wildly expensive because they themselves are garbage. I bought them to use as liners in my recycle bins and was going to compost them after a few uses, but the plastic tie definitely won't compost and I suspect the bags won't either. Not worth it at all.

Pros
  • Prevents waste from spilling out of the bag
Cons
  • Prone to ripping when opening
