Only counted 3 reviews which I wanted to reply to just in case people might mistake the rest for fakes. Got the part today. My wife's Navigator fan stuck on high settings. I found a video on YouTube how to install it. Installed with no problems. The fan is now working properly. The same part is over $80 at a local parts store. BTW you will use an 8mm socket to remove the two screws holding it in place. If you decide to remove the glove box (I made it easier) use 7mm for these screws.

I have a 2013 f150 platinum. I lost all air conditioning and heating functions without fan operation. All fuses checked. All is well. Found a contact in the air intake on the passenger side. Easy installation, but it doesn't matter if it doesn't work for more than 24 hours. Sit fully as soon as you squeeze the connectors. They connected even though they were offset. Second, it worked from morning until about 4pm. At this point it was causing the same problems as me, which led me to buy a new part in the first place. I do not recommend this. I spent more on a factory part but I haven't had a single problem with it. In some cases, you just can't get a cheaper part.

Like many other reviews, I was trying to save a few bucks and I went from just a big fan to not a fan with this part. It is suspicious that there is no single part number, country of origin, or other identifiable marking on this item. The wiring harness was very loose and would not snap. Perfect fit and fast delivery. It only took two screws to install them BUT they were very difficult to reach as they were behind the glove box and with my large hands it was a chore. Quick note that this isn't the fault of the part, but rather the limited space you have to work in to get to the two bolts/screws. The product is excellent.
