Bad Instructions: Beeps

Instructions are vague, still trying to find the wire harness in front of the grille. I've been looking sporadically for weeks.

Pros
  • Doping πŸ”₯
Cons
  • No Machine Gun

Direction with SUCK kit

Horn switch is OK, does NOT illuminate like other standard switches. I did NOT use a spare horn, I used a Revain Carrfan 12V Vintage OOGA AHOOGA. It's a blast!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Functionality

THAT'S LOUD!: Electrical and Batteries

It was a little tricky to install (the wiring harness wasn't in the spot most described but far to the side where there isn't much wiggle room) but If you have flexibility in bending and stretching, this can be achieved. The horn looks and works well on our 2018 Mule.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No

No wiring harness. Beep Currently not working.

According to the description, a wiring harness is included. That didn't happen. I ended up making myself a harness. I installed everything but it doesn't work. We are waiting for a response from the seller to find out what he will do to correct the situation.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok

Throw away the instructions, do not use the grill.

Instructions to throw away, do not remove grille. Simply open the hood and place the horn under the screw to the left of the electrical box. Attach the zip tie, stretch the wires and attach the horn, put the hood back on and finish this part. 5 minutes max. Install the dash switch as suggested using the Dremel tool.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Not sure

Not bad and looks like stock when installed properly.

Kawasaki should be ashamed they didn't install them at the factory. There are wires (on pro fxt) but finding them is not that easy. You have to remove most of the front panel (not as hard as it sounds) to install the horn and partially remove the dash (again, not that big of a problem) to install the switch. You will need a dremel tool with a small cutting wheel to cut the hole for the switch. If everything is done correctly, it looks like stock. The horn sounds like a roadrunner horn…

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Problems happen

APPROACH MUCH HARDER THAN REQUIRED

I have a 2018 PRO-FXT. The horn set fits perfectly. Instructions are interesting, but talk about them the hard way! Open the "hood" and you can access the mounting hole on the passenger side. The screw hole is pre-drilled. Self-tapping screw, difficult to drive. You need a good light and a good quality screwdriver. Wires with terminals are located very close to the point of attachment. Remove the fuse box cover and cut a hole in the dash next to the other master switches. A dremel with a small…

  • Sturdy construction

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIGNAL AND SWITCH CONNECTIONS

My device is a Kawasaki FXT PRO.1. SIGNAL INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION - It is not necessary to remove any part of the housing/grille to gain access to the siren mounting location. This is easy enough by removing the hood cover. Reach your hand inside the square tube (passenger side) and you can feel the small hole in the square tube where you need to insert the single bolt that attaches the horn to the tube. Cutting the zip tie holding the two wire cable with electrical connectors attached to…
