The processing of this watch strap is of high quality. BUT the outer material ("canvas") is extremely fragile and not very durable. With normal and careful handling to put it on my watch it appears to be frayed on the outside of one side just 1/2 inch from the spring bar. This is a premium fashion item. Bought for the Galaxy Watch Active 2 to upgrade it a bit with a good strap, studied the straps and decided on this company based on the reviews and the look I liked. UPDATE: I contacted Barton direct and 24 hours later I had an exchange on the way. Customer support was very helpful and responded quickly. Based on the customer service alone I would say Barton is a company to go to! I like this group a lot, they have a lot of potential. I've had it on my watch for less than 48 hours.
