I bought this fan on 05/04/2021. When I received it it worked as advertised, was quiet and did the job I wanted which consisted of blowing air into the underside of my laptop which got quite hot. After receiving this product I checked the power consumption and noise level. My test environment has a noise level of 35 dB. At high level, the power is 3.18W and the noise is 51dB. At medium level, the power is 2.56 watts and the noise level is 47 dB. At low level, the power is 1.84W and the noise level is 43dB.
