I originally ordered at 6mm for my helix but it was too small. Returned it and ordered 8mm and it fit nicely in my helix. However, I’m giving 4 stars because the hoop rotated in my piercing constantly, making the diamonds severely irritating my ear. I decided to use it for a nose ring and it’s perfect for that, I just don’t recommend it for sensitive skin with a helix piercing.

I’ll start out by saying I bought multiple of these earrings and this happened to every. single. one…even placed in different areas throughout my ear. after wearing this for a few weeks I realized my ear all of a sudden was *extremely* irritated and with further examination of the earring the opal had fallen out leaving a groove with pretty sharp edges sliding in my ear. It is a beautiful product but it isn’t worth the money or pain. It’s a major design flaw.

I wear it in my Helix so you'd think it would get tangled in my hair especially after showering but nope, haven't had to worry about that at all.

I was really worry if I was buying the right size, and yes! I bought the 6mm/18G and it fits perfect in my second lobe. I love the packaging and presentation, for now it’s all good, I will update my opinion in a few months to see if it last.
