Great product overall - Would love better reporting

The interface is intuitive and easy to use, it's very flexible and has tons of options that give us enough room to do what we need. The support team is always up-to-date in terms of all the new updates available. We can't see everything in one view but if I have to choose only one thing, it would be the custom reports. It would be great to have more detailed reports for different categories. This way we can compare things like: Sales report with invoices compared to customer credit card…

  • Flexibility you really get an opportunity here as well! Ability track our own data using built upon features such CRM etc..The reporting capability seems endless also which makes my life much easier because there aren’re ever too many ways or places where i could find something valuable about every transaction/activity happening within your organization at once

A helpful tool to manage your business transactions

The most useful function for me is that it helps in controlling my tax liability by providing detailed calculations at each stage (i) calculation of advance taxes; (ii) payment/claiming of Advance Tax Refunds; (iii) submission of annual return with details of claim amount etc.; (iv) timely reporting status online as well as through emails. I like its interface which makes things easy even if one does not have much technical knowledge about accounting software. Nothing so far but this can be…

Great search option for our company and staff

The ease in which I can search for information is great! It's easy enough that anyone who knows how to use it will be able to find what they need quickly without needing any training or support from our team members. There are some things about this program we would like to see improved upon but nothing major so far as usability goes - maybe an option for more customization? We're using it mainly because there isn't anything else out right now with similar functionality (we've tried several…
