Review on 319 InSight by Alan Massey

The ease in which I can search for information is great! It's easy enough that anyone who knows how to use it will be able to find what they need quickly without needing any training or support from our team members. There are some things about this program we would like to see improved upon but nothing major so far as usability goes - maybe an option for more customization? We're using it mainly because there isn't anything else out right now with similar functionality (we've tried several others). Our main goal was not being tied down by having multiple programs when one could do everything we needed.
