I still have a little doubt if I like it but for those who are reading this after trying it and getting a white film on the dishes, soften Just mix it in a small amount of water and vinegar and that will help a lot. I've found the reason for this is that rinse aid is needed, or possibly more rinse aid, depending. But I just wanted to leave a note that you can use vinegar as some of the comments seem to have had trouble removing it.

I bought a brand because it was "banged out" by everyone else. How bad can that be I thought? I haven't read any of the reviews. My mistake. This product is TERRIBLE. I had to run the dishwasher several times, but it was still not possible to remove the white film from the dishes. I ended up hand washing everything in a descaling solution (mainly white vinegar and water). Too bad I didn't pay attention to that before buying. I assume the formula has changed? Just very disappointed here.

I would like to read reviews before buying, but I was in a hurry to get out of town. 365 is a terrible product and shouldn't be on the shelves. When multiple rinses in the dishwasher don't work, and the only way to remove the film (if at all) is to wipe it off with vinegar, the question arises: what do you put in your products and if it meets your "usual standard". Very likely ruined some of my favorite dishes.
