It's pretty bulky, if you havnt seen one of these in person then dont expect it to fit in your scrub pocket. But it is great to carry all of your clinical needs in here!I carry stethoscope, ID badge, penlight, pen, sharpie, pulse ox, & scissor.With the pulse ox its kinda of a tight squeeze. This case it great. It is firm and holds up well in my backpack. I use the inner storage for alcohol swatches to clean my scope between uses. Plus it comes with places to hold my pen light , a set of gloves and a note pad.

Inside is good, shell is hard enough to protect contents if you have this in your bag, but the outer coating does not hold up.
