The Dell Latitude 7390 "2-1” suits my work very well and offers privacy from prying eyes. A colleague who was sitting next to me at the table yesterday admired that she sees nothing on my screen but a "golden mirror". The touch screen works very well through this screen. On the other hand, the glare on the screen has increased and the brightness has decreased, requiring me to lift or tilt the screen slightly to find the best angle in a brightly lit room. I spend a lot of time on airplanes with my laptop; and I am in a job that requires privacy. This screen makes it difficult or impossible for people sitting next to me to see what's on my screen. Also, my laptop's touchscreen functions still work through the screen. Good product.

The mounting system appears to have been modified and is NOT supplied with the plastic rail mount. It's terrible. You can't quickly remove the privacy screen and just put it back on. I had to buy separately for $9! I understand that the title says it comes with a "matching mount" but it doesn't say that 3M removed the slide mounts in their place. Very deceptive.

I had a 3M Vicuity privacy filter on my non-touch ThinkPad 8 years ago and loved it. the old one felt like a fairly thick and durable plastic, the new one is more like a thin foil 2) The attachment system has changed - now it's just double-sided tape, which means you can't quickly remove the screen if necessary and put it after 3) The viewing angle has also increased significantly, I can easily see your screen while sitting next to a person using a laptop, which means "privacy" becomes moot…

This is a great product. Works great with Dell touchscreen laptops. And keeps my data more secure and prevents people from reading over my shoulder on the plane etc. D.

Works well with my touchscreen laptop. The only downside is that you have to decide which side you want to use (gold glitter or not) up front, and then there's little you can do about it unless you order new adhesive pieces.
