Fall Protection Parts Missing

The ad says I will receive (2) mounting adapters with the kit. I did not receive them as stated. I need these items to use a safety rope.

It is reliable: safety and security

Used in conjunction with some standing seam trusses on a metal seam roof. Nothing to say except that it works as advertised.

It has been ripped open in place of the carabiner and is NOT SAFE to use in general.

We didn't open it until we replaced another one over a year later which was DEFECTIVE and damaged beyond our ability to repair right out of the box. It's quite an expensive item, not to mention a necessary safety feature for our job, and it doesn't offer my employees enough security if it doesn't do what it says on the tin!
