They came pre charged which is great. However, we had to turn off the electricity for 24 hours. and when we turned it back on and used our phones they were completely dead (batteries). Had to be charged before use. It is in order? Our old batteries seemed to last longer since they weren't being used.

I bought these batteries for my mother because two of her cordless phones died. I decided to buy 4 packs just in case she had spares when both battery packs burned out and it would be more cost effective than buying 2 more batteries later to replace the first ones. The package was delivered a day early and was in excellent condition upon inspection. I gave it to my mother to put on herself. My mom called me and said they fit perfectly and work! I originally gave my purchase 3 stars but am changing it to 5 because of iMahDirect customer service. I ordered 4 packs of these batteries and one of the 4 failed. I have three VTech phones at home that are about four years old and they work great, they just needed new batteries because they were so old. Unfortunately many local retail stores no longer carry this type of battery which is why I'm so glad I found it! All four batteries arrived safely.
