They came loaded which was great. However, we had to turn on our electricity.

They came pre charged which is great. However, we had to turn off the electricity for 24 hours. and when we turned it back on and used our phones they were completely dead (batteries). Had to be charged before use. It is in order? Our old batteries seemed to last longer since they weren't being used.
