Much cheaper than our big hardware store and there are many of them. Our microwave hood likes to burn out every few months, so I'm glad to have a few on hand.

When placed in a cold environment such as a fridge or freezer, it is difficult to grab them to turn/screw them. The more you press them, the more likely it is that the bulb will burn out.

These are lightbulbs, they glow so I don't know what else to ask for. Well packaged, haven't tested all of them yet but the two I tested worked and didn't break or anything so well done with the delivery!

We have bought lightbulbs from other well known brands which quickly blew in our microwave. These are "over-the-stove" lamps that have three modes of operation and stay on most of the time because we're old and weak-eyed and need all the light we can get. These new bulbs haven't burned out yet, so we like them a lot. Very bright, much better to see what's cooking.

We have a large Subzero 501R (90's model) built-in refrigerator with one door and several blown bulbs. It had to be an exact replacement based on the advertised size/length/shape. What we received were not 5" bulbs but 2 1/2" bulbs (including base). The ones on the listing page are exactly the replacement bulbs we needed but they are half the length stated and just not what we ordered. I bought these as a great alternative to the lightbulbs I buy at our local hardware store which are about $5 each. Our microwave often uses incandescent bulbs as the light is almost always on (when desired).
