Ideal for keyboards without a palm rest. I'm currently using a Logitech G Pro keyboard that doesn't have a palm rest. I didn't experience any glitches while playing. I don't know why I've never seen or tried this product before but I'm very glad I have it now. I have a small wrist pad from the same brand which I like because it's small and not neoprene, but it falls to the ground when I move or get up. It has the same feel with all the convenience of not having to constantly position or lift it. After using the product for a while I have updated my review and added a star. I suffer from severe pain in the pisiform (lower part of the hand/wrist) with repetitive pressure on hard surfaces. This glove has enough padding to protect my pea shaped frame. It's a bit tight around the bridge of the thumb and my biggest complaint would be that I would have preferred a steel spoon instead of beads. I also bought the IMAK RSI Smart Glove with compression therapy which provides better wrist support.

Using a mouse or otherwise touching the table with the heel of my hand is extremely painful without my lmak glove. I first bought mine six years ago along with their SmartGlove. Both gloves completely prevent contact pain. After prolonged use, the SmartGlove will gradually wear out, so I'll order another one of these, more compact ones. I need two, so if I leave the table, take off my glove and forget it somewhere, I still have one handy on my desk. I have wide arms for a woman and not cramped.
