Scratches super easily. This one was scratched from transit. (I returned this one.) I bought one of these in a different design,too, and the grommets on the curtain scratched it from regular use. The finish/material feels cheap. Got a quality set for less from Wayfair in the end. I wouldn’t bother with this.

I've ordered (and re-ordered) sets of these curtain rods twice now, and each time they've arrived in an ostensibly new, unopened package. Nevertheless, each time, the finial cap inside is severely scratched and chipped--primarily because they're made of a cheap, plastic, painted resin (?). Astonishingly poor quality. I'm done. Never again.

These things scratch pretty easily. So it helps to know how to put them together before your experimentation scratches them up.The big blocks on the ends are called 'finials'. I thought this was Chinglish for 'finals' but no it's a word. Once you know this, the instructions make more sense. To put in a middle (center) bar you actually need to unscrew the finials from the bar with the smallest hole, as that bar will become the middle bar (i.e. the one with no finials actually becomes an end…

This is my 2nd purchase the 1st time it was good decided to get a 2nd one but this time It came all scratched. That's my review! smh

They look fine but they are hell to install. First problem is the use of phillips screws witch cam out and strip constantly. Square, Torx, hex, or any other choice would have been much better. Next issues is that the bracket does not allow you to hold the drill perpendicular to the wall wile installing so it is very difficult to turn without strippint.0/10, would not buy again, my time is more valuable than this.
