The product makes a lot of noise when I plug it in. I called customer service and a very guilty tech told me to return it. So I had to drag the beast to Kolya. Very poor quality control in production.

This was a replacement charger for my golf cart. It was packaged well and works great. I can leave it on after a full charge as it will hold the charge. The price was $150 less than at the shop.

Great charger that has definitely improved our golf cart battery performance. Where we used to have a range of around 10-12 miles, we now have around 20 miles on the exact same (5 year old) batteries. We bought it as a replacement when our original Yamaha charger died. Definitely the best value for money we could find and the quality was amazing. NOTE: Be sure to read the manual and set up your charger to select the correct battery type!

First off I use this charger on a boat not a golf cart. The first thing I had to do was change the connection to the boat batteries. The charger that came with the boat was a 40A solid state charger (lightweight) but got wet and needs repairs. This is a 17 amp charger. The benefit of 17 amps is that you can use it in a standard 20 amp home circuit. The downside is that recharging the batteries takes three times as long and is heavy. This will make a good backup charger.
