I have purchased 4. I originally bout 2, they punked out in 2 months, I had an electrician com check the lines, and they were fine, bought replacements, they have also stopped working.

Since I bought this light the pull chain has broken twice - I tried to fix it the first time , but the second time it broke the chain was too inaccessible to fix a second time. And I did not pull too hard.! I have three other similar lights from other manufacturers, and they have not broken at all.! VERY DISAPPOINTING. I'd like a refund or at least a replacement item, preferably with a stronger pull chain.

I would like to have seen specifications on this light included in instruction papers , watt and kelvin temp.are not disclosed . Overall nice light

I read other reviews about having trouble accessing the hole behind the bulb for mounting. I found the same issue when mine arrived. I simply drilled screws right through the frame between the bulbs into the joists. Super bright, easy to mount.

The shipping box was bent on arrival and the light is bent also but appears to be working. It is for an attic so appearance is not critical. We will try to use it as is.

Product is excellent, but the shipping box was not sturdy and there was a slight bend in the housing for the light. Not a problem, but may want to consider better packaging.

Installation is easy. Directions are simple with pictures. You need some dexterity for the first time installer and a second set of hands would make the project easier. The amount of light provided from the fixture is good.

I can't speak to longevity as these have only been installed for a few days, but they seem great. They are bright and work as they should with the pull chain and linking.

I read questions about hard to mount flush or to rafters in basement. there are no wires going through the middle of light so I simply drilled 2 small holes and screwed into the rafters for a flush mount as I did for previous ones. if you use chain mount and use pull chain the light moves. So I like it better this way. Hope this helps.
