Nice shirt, incredibly thick material. But that too is 100% cotton - and all the disappointments and worries that result (I messed up the order - it's my own fault). I have several of these shirts in a polyester/cotton blend. The polyester blend wins by far; does not wrinkle, does not iron, washes out dirt, easy to clean, dries quickly. I have been wearing 5.11 clothing for many years, both at work and in my free time. They always hold up well. I'm a big fan of heavily starched cotton, these shirts take starch well and stay fresh all day as do the 5.11 pants. The document pouches are good for carrying a cell phone or even a small light pistol. They fit great, the colors last a long time and go perfectly with pants. I have pants, shirts, 4 in 1 coats and 5.11 boots. Everything I have ever tasted from this brand has been great.

Runs too big I've worn a size XL all my adult life. Fits like XXL. The sleeves were for XXXL. It looked very disproportionate. The material is very very thick. It is similar in thickness to a short-sleeved cotton jacket. It's almost comical how bad it fit and felt. Returned. Stick with the default up button.

I love this shirt but be aware it's heavy. Large Velcro chest pockets give a more industrial feel. The sizing seems true to size but the collar seems to sit high, like under the chin. It would also make a great shirt for New England gardening/sprint fishing!

This is another excellent product from 5.11. However, a word of wisdom before ordering your size. If you wear XL you need size L. I have 5-6 of these shirts, long sleeve and short sleeve. I originally bought one for travel (great pocket system) but found it so comfortable that I wear it whenever I find an excuse for a relaxed lifestyle (and still very neat).
