These 5.11 cotton tactical shirts are crafted like tanks. When you first buy them it takes weeks/months(!) for the canvas to soften and from then on and for years to come you have a strong and durable uniform shirt that will stand up to anything. I've had other brand shirts ripped after a few months while 5.11 years disappear year after year. 4 or more years. Mathematics will tell the story. The color sage is a muted green that pairs well with khaki or black and is almost gray in some lighting conditions. I won't repeat the characteristics of these t-shirts, suffice it to say that regular shirts start to feel like t-shirts without pockets once you get used to their weight capacity. a regular "civilian" shirt, but I'll take the size up if I need to accommodate a Tier II flak jacket.
