LARGE SIZE for belt

Part 1 Overview. 5.11 Really? This is a high quality belt, but anyone measuring this duty belt is either an idiot or is measuring their waist in cubits after being abducted by aliens. I have a 36-38 waist in pants, jeans and uniforms but this belt is downright massive and huge. The description says I ordered a large waist belt 36-68. The belt I received says Large 36-38 but is big enough to fit 46-50 if not large. There seems to be a trend for offshore products to be judged by blind people…

Best tactical sling on the market

I looked at many utility slings before purchasing this one and I have to say I got the right size first time although most reviews said it was they would have issues and you had to come back for a proper fit but mine fit perfectly and I already attach my gear the way I want it. I love the fact that it's 2 1/4" wide and I just always leave the inside strap on as I wanted the duty strap to fit over my clothes anyway and it's very comfortable. The only downside is that the Buckle is slightly…

my new darling Size A bit big.

My new favorite belt. I love 5.11 products and this is no exception. However, the belt runs a bit small for a large size, so I recommend trying it on in the store before buying, after trial and error I had to go down a size. In general, I am very satisfied with the quality and work of the belts and goalkeepers.

a huge improvement over the standard Sierra Bravo strap

I've been using the standard 2" SB strap at work for over a year. Also, the SB is not only 1/4" wider, it's also twice as thick. It's much stronger. The 2" SB is more of a cross between a pistol and a duty belt, while the Plus is definitely just a duty belt I don't pull the strap as tight, which is more comfortable.

The buckle sucks: Accessories

Good belt but size too big (about 2 sizes too big). I had to file part of the belt to position it properly at the waist. The elements of my belt hold up well and the belt feels comfortable around my waist. However, the buckle bothers me a lot. You cannot achieve a snug fit when a buckle is applied. Because of this I had to change the buckle. I'm deducting two stars from this review due to the buckle and the wrong size. If you are a fan of 5.11 I would buy this item. However, nowadays there are…

Much more than expected.

I definitely should have listened to other reviews. I have a comfortable waist size 32 and when I got the medium size it was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I could definitely go the small size and still have room. I'm staying with this size for now as the small is currently out of stock but will definitely buy the small when it becomes available again. Otherwise the belt is much more comfortable than the one I had. The front buckle style allows you to move gear further while keeping…

Too thick for men

Hard to fit on the belt as it is much thicker than most utility belts. This makes it extremely impractical to use. It's also an oversized zero-adjust waist. Most nylon belts allow you to adjust it to your liking by threading most of the belt through the buckle and then attaching it to the inside of the belt. You can't with this one because the part where the buckle attaches is narrow and the rest of the belt is very thick. The buckle is not wide enough to adjust further than it allows. Good…
