Beautiful appearance, technical defects

Center pin swivel not bonded to inner insulator. The connections made with the stylus are weak and fail early due to this problem.

Pros
  • High-quality copper material, nickel-plated housing, gold-plated contacts for better signal transmission and extremely low signal loss.
Cons
  • Not specified

Stinger is too small. Anything > 18g will not work.

The center is too small. Barely fits 16 gauge wire. I ended up giving it to a friend who uses it for quick test projects. Not suitable for serious amateur radio use. I was going to use it to make a choke which definitely won't fit 14 gauge enamel unless you cut the wire.

Pros
  • We provide 12-month worry-free warranty and friendly customer service for your peace of mind purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, please feel free to contact us. We will give you our best.
Cons
  • Modern

The SO 239 connector is good quality and works well

This SO 239 connector works well for most applications. I didn't like that the dielectric material turned out to be hard plastic and not nylon or teflon. That being said, it looks like it would work for antenna projects, repair parts, or any number of other RF applications. Good quality for the price.

Pros
  • Impedance: 50 ohms

Excellent quality connectors

I bought some SO-239 connectors from another seller and the pins must have been zinc because they melted when soldered! These connectors have a gold plated center conductor, won't melt when soldered, look great and work great. They even come with snap-on dust covers. Much better! 100% satisfied! Both thumps up!

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

Looks great. A FATAL downside is when you pair the adapter, like in the BNC photo. This twists/rotates the inner bushing contained within the insulator, which stresses the solder joint on the solder on the back of the bushing. This twisting or twisting can break the solder or wire attached to the back of the connector. Properly designed SO239 connectors do not allow rotation of the inner bushing/solder in the insulator. I cannot recommend these plugs for this reason. To return.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn
