ideal case. for a trip to Okinawa, Japan!

Must take a picture with family and friends, don't leave this hard drive in the house for storage. So, grab that and some anti-static bags, boom, it's going in the suitcase. NO, it doesn't park the hard drive's arms, but if you stop the hard drive properly before removing it from your PC, you'll be fine. , as hands must be on the right side in standby mode and not touch the plates. FYI - this case can be used for other things like a small digital camera, cellphone, jewelry, etc. So if you…

does the job; with clips to close, it wasn't plastic

This is a heavy duty carrying case for a 3.5 inch hard drive. the part you will use to open/close the suitcase. Hope you benefit from it for 2 years before opening/closing it once a week.

Absolutely Wonderful Hard Drive Storage Box!

I love these storage boxes so much I have ordered another set when I need them. I wanted a matching set because everything fits together so well. They have a very strong positive lock and a protective lining. I couldn't be happier with them.

Very durable and spacious

This bag is perfect for me. it easily accommodates a large SATA drive. Very well done! The locks are well made and work perfectly. You can't go wrong with this! Now I have 2 of these from the same manufacturer. I am very happy.

Don't Worry - Hard Drive Accessories

Not as good as I thought, but no worse. That's for a 3.5-inch drive that's over two-thirds thicker. If it's thinner, it rattles inside. Foam is tougher than you think and plastic is cheaper than you think. Not bad overall, but I wouldn't use it alone to transfer critical data.

Good reliable HD storage

Keep some free disks with my backups on them. I have kept them in their shipping boxes and bubble wrap that they came in when I first bought them. Bulky and multiple crates of different sizes created a big mess. It is great. Robust design, stackable, label field and discs do not jump. I really like her.

Very nice hard drive case.

I bought cheaper hard drive cases from a company in China. No longer. These covers were the same price but much nicer. They open in the clam shell and close securely. In the event of a fall, they are padded on the inside, and plastic on the outside protects against static shock. If you need to buy hard drive cases, this is the best I've found.

Counterfeit Orico product Sisun. Difficult to open and thin lining

Although the product is Yottamaster branded, it is owned by Orico. This is an obvious but misleading copy of the much friendlier Sisun branded case. I found the latch on the Orico lid very difficult to open and close, and the inner seal so flimsy it was almost useless. Also in my case, although the two brands are visually the same, the Orico product does not match the Sisun version due to a slight difference in size. I will use this box of five cases from Orico but will not buy again.
