I thought a pair of headphones would be BLUE but I got one all black. Otherwise they look and feel good for a medium sized head (my husband's head is wider and they barely fit, but they're not for him anyway). The increase is accurate compared to another set I already had. Arrived quickly and nicely packaged. Not sure about the blue light blocking effect as I've never had it.
