This set is very beautiful but very very light. Each part is made of microfiber/viscose, so it is very thin and light at the same time. I had to iron everything but the pillows (even the blankets - good times, good times) but the creases were easily ironed out. The already minimal filling of the duvet shifted when ironed, so I have serious doubts that it will hold up to a wash. However, I paid just under $70 for the 8 piece set and it's good, so I'll try it and keep it.
