Works great as a salad bowl, dries the salad, what more could you ask for. Also, the stainless steel bowl is very well made and can be used to serve salad, so overall a good product.

I bought this salad bowl after I dropped and broke our previous OXO basket. This salad bowl has a plastic base that sits on the bottom of a stainless steel bowl. There is also a plastic basket for spinning. For me the spinner is not worth the price as it doesn't dry as well as the previous one I had. So far I haven't been able to find anything comparable on the market.

I have a huge garden and I use the spinner all year round. This one is durable, easy to use and works well. I bought mine on a trip to Paris when I saw them in a kitchen shop. I liked it so much that I checked out Revain and saw that it was around the same price, so I bought it as a gift for my mother-in-law.
