This product was very similar to the sponges I buy from my dermatologist. Dermatological sponges are much more expensive (about $50) and you get about 10 pieces. They are just ok, not value for money. These sponges were great. They exfoliate without being too harsh. They dry well and don't smell damp. My face feels very clean and not dry after using it. As a beautician I love disposables but I am also 100% in favor of all my skin contact items being gentle with these sponges only when you use them very gentle almost feathery pressure, they are soft enough. I'm not trying to achieve exfoliation with a sponge, scrub or power brush, I believe in well formulated ahas and bhas with good daily skin care to exfoliate. The 4me sponges are purely for gentle product removal, I would like them to be a bit softer.

Perfect for travel, holdall or everyday use. They gently exfoliate without scratching or irritating my skin. I bought these to remove lactic acid cleansers and mud masks from my skin without messing up a nice washcloth, but started using them for a nice deep clean exfoliation when I washed my face at night. They really help remove all my makeup and my skin is so smooth afterwards. I will buy more when I run out.
