This is a really nice set of socks. You get 5 pairs of comfy, soft and colorful socks. They have a good snug fit with good ribbed elastic ankle hem. I wouldn't really call these wool socks as they are only 25% wool, 35% cotton, 35% poly and 5% spandex. Based on the low price for 5 pairs of socks I wasn't expecting much, but these surprised me. When I ordered these, I had hoped they'd be softer than they are. They are about 25% wool, so I figure they will be fairly warm in the winter, which is why I got them. I do a fair bit of hiking and camping, even in winter, and need warm socks. The height is about what I expected when ordering them. This should cover as high on the calf as most boots, so there should be no rubbing or chafing from a boot that's not tightened correctly, which sometimes happens.Where these socks fall short is the…

These socks are very comfortable and breath really well. I wear them under my work and hiking boots and they give great ankle support and don't rub and cause blisters. They are made of a soft wool that's never itchy. I like the colorful and detailed designs, they almost have a retro Nordic feel to them. They also wash well and hold their shape after machine washing. The Would definitely recommend for that long hike or trip up to the Mountains.

They are pretty good in terms of quality but they are very small I ordered men’s XXX large and I can’t get them on. And because they are small they don’t keep your feet warm because they cut off the circulation in your feet. I thought I had ordered the biggest size they had so if you are looking for warm socks get them XX Large. So I guess my wife gets new socks.

These socks are not as thick as described. They are definitely not 100% wool. I will wear them to suit other needs, but will look elsewhere for a thick winter sock.

I wear a size 12 mens shoe and these are very tight and barely come up past the ankle. They look nice and seem to be well made though.

Very cutely designed socks, very thick, but my husband had to stretch them out a bit before wearing them (size 11.5 shoe, wide feet). I’m afraid once they’ve been washed and dried, they’ll shrink back down, we’ll see.

The size on these socks runs small. I would say size 6-8 not 6-10. They are comfortable for me. A little short for winter coverage. 5 pairs for 11.99 is ok for home use socks.

These socks run small, and have poor elastic. I struggled to get them over my foot. I would recommend buying a size up, that may make them better.

The design on the wool socks was what brought me to them, and I really like all the colors and patterns, however they run pretty small. I like a winter sock to go higher up on my calf and for me (I wear a size 11.5 men's shoe) they only go a couple inches over my ankle. They'd barely clear the top of a boot.
