Bought this for my neighbor because I got tired of watching him use a screwdriver to operate the throttle! It worked great.

Looked like a factory replacement but wasn't. The new one was 8 cm shorter. I took the orange pin and stuck it into the old case with the old cable

It was very difficult to install! The only tricky part was removing the old throttle body, but it can be done. Just take your time during disassembly and watch as the new choke simply pushes in to lock.

lever Although made in China perfect for my D110. As other reviewers have pointed out, install the hooked end of the wire first, then snap the lever into the console. This greatly simplifies installation. Start to finish maybe 10 minutes. If I had a wish list, ditch the plastic and make it metal.

A bit fiddly to assemble, value was ok until the extra fine wire in the cable broke after 6 months. It appears to be a John Deere original but I expect it to be of better quality as it will be used EVERY time you use your lawnmower. I had to order a second one.
