Cheap resistance bands

The idea is great, but I've had FOUR resistance bands break during a workout. If this thing was like $30 it might be worth it. It really is great for exercise, but if it only lasts a month then what's the point?

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • The kit does not come with proper padding or support for the hands or feet

LOVE this setup! on my review.

This bar setup is wonderful and I love how easy it is to change it up. I can take it to school and let my students play with it. LOL Awesome and easy!

Pros
  • ‎23 x 6.75 x 3.75 inches
Cons
  • The kit lacks proper instructions for beginners to understand how to use the equipment

Bands broke in 3 months

Bought in Dec. band broke in March. Hope that helps ya😕 another band snapped! All bands shown in photo broke😡 Buy at your own RISK! If I were you I would pass on this product.

Pros
  • ‎30 pounds
Cons
  • The kit is not compatible with other types of workout equipment or accessories

There are several major shortcomings with these bands. By far the biggest problem is that the combined length of a band, the two required hooks, and straps are far too long to be effective. You would need to be 7 feet tall for them to be provide useful resistance. The minimum combined length needs to be short enough for a average (or shorter) person to use. Then you can you the provided straps to make the length longer for a taller person. I was forced to grab onto the band itself which was…

Pros
  • The anti-break and portable design of the Pilates bar kit makes it easy to carry it along wherever you go, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine on-the-go
Cons
  • The resistance bands may tangle easily and be difficult to untangle

The best workout Purchase!

The equipment is exceptional and very versatile. The resistance is great without the damage that heavy weights cause. I have seen great improvement and I’m enjoying it even more now! About to add some yoga to my routine as well.

Pros
  • No complaints
Cons
  • Wont click in place

Bands frayed after 17minutes of use

I’ve used the product for less than 20minutes and a band is already fraying in multiple places. I’m only 120lbs and only used one band on each side

Pros
  • ‎PLTB04-B6
Cons
  • The resistance bands are not durable and often snap during use

High quality bar and bands for upper body work

This is a great standalone set or addition to bands with handles for those doing calisthenic/outdoor/at home exercise. Particularly in this day and age when it may be less safe to go to the gym, I find this a good addition to my existing equipment. You can do curls, shoulder presses and tricep pressdowns. If you are trained, the resistance will not be enough for squats or rows, but its still worthwhile as with most elastic band sets you only get to do single joint movements. This allows an…

Pros
  • Customizable weight range
Cons
  • The equipment is not suitable for people with mobility or balance issues

Great product if you are 5'7 "-5'9 "

This product feels like it was built for me, but that's because I am 5'8". Works great so far and will do an update in a month. Lots of reviews talk about there's snapping easily. This is caused by not adjusting the straps properly or they are too tall for this device. You need to adjust the straps based on the excersise you're doing. This isn't like other resistance bands. The bands are must shorter to allow for the adjustment straps to be used. I can see how this can fail due to improper…

Pros
  • ‎Nylon, Natural Rubber, Cotton, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE)
Cons
  • The resistance bands may slip or come off during exercises, causing injury

Nice for home gym: my feedback

Bought this to round out my little quarantine gym. Works well for squats and various shoulder exercises. I would absolutely buy this again!

This thing. - my new review

Used it for the first time yesterday.I ordered the 120lb. I am only 5'1 so adjusting the straps was a must. I love that it has rings.Im not stuck with just having 120lbs of resistance. Once I started experimenting with the different exercises I could do I immediately fell in love with this. I am more sore than I usually am doing exercises with my body weight. Great substitute for the gym.

Pros
  • Provides a versatile workout
Cons
  • The bar may cause discomfort or pain during certain exercises
