These are beautiful candles. Last year we bought them for all the front windows of our house for Christmas. We bought other battery operated candles but they didn't look "real". They glow like real candles. We love them so much that we keep them by the window all year round. This year we bought a few more seats in the house. My mom also bought a few sets to take home.

I have to admit that I didn't give these candles much attention when I first opened the box. However, when placed on the windows in front of the curtains, they took on a different appearance. What I really want to say is that they look great at night. The flickering flame looks very realistic and the timer works great. I feel they are good value. Expect to pay significantly more if you want a real authentic candle with similar specs.

Sorry but the candle holders look surprisingly cheap with an ugly seam down the middle indicating a cheap stamped manufacturing method. It's hard to see in the pictures, but you can see it in real life. Candles are cheap bluish-white plastic. Given the relatively high price of the product, this isn't the best value for money. I do not like that I have it at home and it may be returned because the description (images) does not match the real product.

Good: nice warm light that really looks like a real candle, small size (meaning they take up less space when stored) and AA batteries - - all great improvement over my other candles. Less good: No switch for a timer, so it takes some time to screw in each socket and light each candle, and then the candles won't light at the same time. I've wanted window candles for a long time. So I bought the one with the best rating. I'm starting to distrust reviews. This is not good. Only two worked in the first package I received. So Revain immediately sent me a new set with a promise that I would send the defective set back. Okay, I'm not happy with them even if they all work. Nicely packaged candle set. Good taper and shape of candle and flame. Well built base with a touch of weight. Strange height for my split window panes - hitting right into the impost. The biggest complaint is the color of the light. Too "pale" color saturation compared to what was expected, with a very slight bluish cast when placed alongside other LED lights. I also thought 6am would be enough, but it gets dark at 4am and 10 is too early for them to shut down! I'll stick with sensory candles…

for the fourth time I bought a set over a year ago. 3 AA batteries lasted 3.5-4 months each. I get compliments all the time. They look great both inside and out. Each cone requires 3 AA batteries. It's a nice, long, smooth cone with a flickering "flame". Good base, a bit heavy. The base and cone look very stylish and sophisticated. On holidays I have them in all the windows, but also on the dining table.
