The best thing about these lights is color and length. You have met all expectations. The length of the unlit wire before turning on the light is quite short.

I just love the light but I wanted LEDs. The article number (612) is identical to the blue LED chain. So be careful and make sure you order what you want. I don't use incandescent bulbs for my displays: LEDs last longer, use less power, and won't break if I step on them awkwardly or fall on hard surfaces.

The light was bright and beautiful. I have a white Christmas tree with blue lights already on. I added red lights and red and blue bulbs. I love my patriotic tree. The only thing I'd like to make is a longer length with the same number of bulbs, so the bulbs are a little further apart, like blue ones. Although I wasn't aware of that at the time.

After 3 hours of use of the apron, only the bottom half of the tip is lit. Only 1 fuse is provided, but the string uses 2. I think you have to guess if the problem is a bad fuse. Since they cannot be removed from the plug (where they are stored), they cannot be viewed or replaced. Everyone on the planet sells strings of red lights. I preferred the white cord and was willing to pay the price. Merry Christmas (:

I like lights, they are bright and sparkling. However, they weren't long enough to cover two large picture windows, it was my fault, I thought all 100 sets of lights were the same length.

Love the bulbs, don't like that they burn out after just a few days of use. I hooked them up a week before Independence Day and half the set was already burned out. They plug into an external outlet with a GFI and a cover on the outlet, so no excuses; just "import" things. (What a surprise)

The light works great but my idiot didn't think the red light in my room would make me feel like I was being interrogated or cornered in a dark alley while I was it was trying to read/relax. So yes. You might be thinking about what color you choose and how the lighting can affect your mood if you're not just using it for the holidays or whatever.
