I bought these rings because of the great reviews. Despite the fact that they look premium, there is one problem with them. They fit snugly in the rim so OD is dead. The problem is installing the hub. According to VW information, the outside diameter of the hub is 57.1 mm, but the ring is loosened tolerably. After reading the reviews I realized they can't be perfectly tight. Here are the steps I have taken to make it work well: - Clean the wheel hub bore and hub surfaces - Check that the ring is snug against the hub and wheel, - Place the anthill on the hub centering ring, - Put the ring in drive the wheel in - if it hangs even slightly from the hub, wrap a layer of electrical tape, non-overlapping, around the hub so the tape extends past the front edge of the hub, then fold the edge of the tape…

I was concerned about ordering this product because some people complained that the adapter was too loose around the car wheel hub. As you can see in my video the play was negligible when put around the hub. I recommend applying a copper based anti-seize to the hub. This should eliminate the slight wobble. I bought a 57.1mm to 66.6mm adapter. If you wish to purchase this size please note that Audi/VW rims are either 57.1mm or 66.56mm. That's why I included photos. The adapter must not sit flush
