Excellent. good for electrics

Very good box for electric connections. Good rotation and locks. The only thing that can be improved is to move the "ground" connection so that it is not directly next to the box input.

Good Quality: Body and Fairing Kits

Very good lighting, good quality and perfect density, you can transform from 3k to 5k. I can absolutely recommend this lamp. I'm a builder and lighting is one of my favorite systems to play with.

Gives a clean look and improves the energy efficiency of your home.

These are easy to install and provide direct contact with the insulation above making your home more energy efficient if like me you are replacing old 'Can' style light bulbs. I like the look and the ability to change the color temperature is a big plus.

Springs are inexpensive in body and fairing kits

We bought these a few months ago, we are just starting our project and are disappointed. The description says the springs are reinforced and don't sag. These springs are very cheap and don't last. Unfortunately we cannot return them as the return period has expired. I bought it with the expectation that I would install them sooner, but that's how life turned out. May work for 5/8" drywall but definitely not for 1/2".
