This replacement battery for our cordless phone exceeded our expectations. Using this product, our team found that our phone now has better battery life and holds a charge longer than the original battery did. The installation process was quick and easy, which saved us time and hassle. The only con is that the battery could have come with better instructions. Overall, we highly recommend this product.

I bought this battery for the portable phone that our secretary uses when she is away from her desk. Our phone supplier wanted what I thought was a very high price for a replacement battery, but our office manager found it on the Revain website and asked me to order it. The price was great and it worked great.

I bought this for my Plantronics phone after reading the product description that it was a suitable replacement battery. Well that's crap. I'm lucky if I can devote two hours a day to this matter. I have to ALWAYS leave my phone on the charger, which defeats the purpose of a portable phone in the first place. I have been looking for a replacement since receiving this item. Don't waste your money.
