8 Pack Bioluz LED 5&#34 Review

So I bought this recently and maybe my opinion will change later. But after a week of use it was a much better quality LED than the one I replaced. My old flashlight had a plastic mount, but this seemed solid, metal. And it doesn't seem to flicker as much as my old light (even if the old light was new). Definite upgrade. These are excellent lights and relatively easy to install. They dim very well and mine makes no noise when paired with a Leviton 6674 dimmer. Some headlights have had their fairings slightly bent in transit but are easily replaced if the damage is not severe. I haven't had a single faulty mount after installing almost 40 of them. The 75 watt, 3000k was perfect for my home and Bioluz provides great customer service.

Eight Biolus 6" LED bulbs installed in my living room 75 watts equivalent of soft white. They are brighter than 60 bulbs. Color is good, not too white and not too yellow. I will probably install them a dimmer to soften it a bit.The bulbs didn't come with a gasket to seal between the fairing and the drywall otherwise they are perfect.I have to buy gaskets to seal air leaks.Easy install,good product so far looks very good.

The headlights arrived bent but that's just a shipping issue not a headlight issue. What I didn't like was the HIGH GLOSS PAINT on the headlights. My blankets are completely flat and will stick out like a thumb. All other lamps that I have seen or bought have a matte finish. I wish the description said it had a GLOSSY FINISH. I would buy another flashlight than returning this one. For that reason I probably won't risk it with other Bioluz LED lights.
