Dosent Fit in Gears and Gears

I bought a 2001 Cr 125 with FMF exhaust and the o-rings don't fit. I opened the package so I couldn't send it back. The product looks good but doesn't fit.

2001 CR250R Purchased March 2018. O-rings will fit.

2001 CR250RP Purchased March 2018. O-rings fit but springs are smaller than stock at head bend, length is about the same but definitely thinner and not the quality I stock would have. unfortunately back.
