NO VACUUM! This item was never vacuum packed. I've read other comments that also said the same thing, but I bought it anyway hoping it wasn't the norm. Unfortunately it was. My problem isn't necessarily with the product, but if that's what you expect, then it should be. Buying food for parrots is not easy. We parrot lovers are always looking for the perfect food for our finicky feathered darlings. And pay a premium for it. Some products have too much fluff, others have too many seeds, etc…

I was looking for a seed mix that didn't contain sunflower seeds - I use it to prepare treats and choose from seed mixes . tiring haha.
