What came does not match the photos or the product description. Looks like a standard email program with white bubbles, not a box insert. They don't have the shape of a cardboard liner and don't have the shiny metallic look I was expecting. I already have a lot of mailboxes and was looking for something I can trust to deliver candles during the hot summer months.

Great product! I left frozen pumpkin roll overnight with three frozen compresses. I put an insulating sheet around the pumpkin roll, then packed the pumpkin roll in a box, pressed ice packs against the box and packed them in two sheets, covered with kraft paper and shipped. The pumpkin roll arrived frozen. It was a lot cheaper than the other options and more malleable for the size required. The thermal inserts worked very well and are a great economical choice!

The shape and size were weird, but I was able to solve this problem by using two pockets for my belongings. What I found unacceptable was the instant transfer of temperature from the items inside the pockets to the outside of the pocket. So I put the things in double bags. Another transfer of temperature through the heater. Then he added insulation to the walls of the box. I doubt my efforts have helped. And I just hope the fast delivery doesn't spoil the food.
