Great tool and great support, easy integration

I like that it allows you to use XML data for your reports in addition to standard SQL Server stored procedures/functions - this makes our development life easier as we can make changes without having to have someone who knows how Excel works with these formats. The product has been around forever but still lacks some of the newer features offered by more modern products out there today (e.g., X++). Very intuitive and easy-to-use PDF creation tool

I like that it's open source which gives me confidence in its reliability as well as ease of use for myself (and others). Nothing really - just get stuck into working with this software! It can be hard at first but once you've figured out how everything works together then things start falling into place quickly enough so don't worry too much about getting your head around all of the features straight away; there are plenty of tutorials online if needed.
