Affordable port upgrade for computers.

Based on our own experience, this Ableconn adapter is a great solution for adding more ports to our computers. It is easy to install and has provided reliable connectivity for our external devices. The price is very affordable, making it a cost-effective option for those who need additional ports. The only drawback is that it may not be compatible with all computer models..

Pros
  • Fast data transfer speeds for improved performance.
Cons
  • Limited compatibility with older computer systems.

Beware of incompatibilities between ASUS and ASUS Support

PEX-SA134 with drive attached works on ASUS P8C-WS motherboard when it is accessed from a single drive on an Intel MB- Controller is started in AHCI mode. The P8C hung on boot when I tried to boot from a RAID1 array with an Intel MB controller in RAID mode. Ableconn responded quickly to my request and we exchanged several emails. Ableconn and I received the latest P8C manual from ASUS, and it doesn't contain any information about the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) settings in the latest…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
