There were 2 broken joysticks, one with bad joystick offset and the other with a broken joystick button. It's a bit difficult to change everything just because everything is so small (there are tons of tutorials on YouTube). Modified sticks and controllers like new. I saved $180 on new joycons!

The goods were not long in coming, the joysticks were nicely packed in pairs in a plastic box. I have already used them and changed 2 sets of joycons and I have to say they are AMAZING, they fit the grip well and are so much fun to play with. you have problems, i can contact the seller. Seems to be an issue with the general design of joysticks which all 3rd party copy, but they drift just like OEM joysticks. I bought 8 of these and 3 of them have drifted after 6 months of use. They say they have a 12 month guarantee but I emailed 3 days ago and still no response. Will update my review if they contact me. Before you buy them, I highly recommend you watch a Switch Joycon repair video. There are many less invasive methods to fix them that don't really cost money and are easier to perform than a full replacement. In the videos I've watched, replacing the stick is the next step and buying it fills the need. When I first received this product I took apart my joystick, put in one of the replacement parts and when I tested it the new replacement part still drifted like my old one. , so I took it out and used another piece that also drifted, tested the other two and only one worked properly. I emailed the company that sells this item on Amazon angry that 3 out of 4 replacement parts didn't work, they were nice and replied a few hours later that they would send me a brand new set of 4 replacement parts

Reading some of the other reviews I had some reservations about buying this but when estimating the price versus an out of warranty repair or buying a new joycon, that was it risk low.
