Before you buy them, I highly recommend you watch a Switch Joycon repair video. There are many less invasive methods to fix them that don't really cost money and are easier to perform than a full replacement. In the videos I've watched, replacing the stick is the next step and buying it fills the need. I fixed four of our joycons with them in about 30 minutes and they worked great, no issues other than the learning curve replacing the first one. Once you get that one out of the way first, the rest is easy and a lot cheaper than buying a brand new joycon.
