A very good buy if the gear doesn't fit in your rack or you don't have rails. Great for home labs!

I have a homebuilt server rack that doesn't quite fit the 19" standard, and my machines don't have rack rails, so I used angle aluminum for the "poor man's rack rails" that am End emerged were about 16.2 inches apart, and the upright posts were 17.5 to 17.55 inches apart. This isn't a problem for most servers (the Dell R310 is about 17.1 inches wide), but some thinner servers can slide too far to one side and fall off. Not perfect.
