🚀 ACCEL 8200ACC Tune Up Kit for GM HEI Applications (1975-1989): Enhance Performance & Efficiency Review

I recently upgraded my ignition system with this product and I have to say I am extremely satisfied with the results. My analysis of the product showed that it significantly increased my engine's power and performance. The installation was easy and quick, and the instructions provided were very clear. The only con I can think of is that it's a bit pricey compared to some similar products on the market, but in my opinion, it is worth the investment for the noticeable improvement in performance.

I called the manufacturer after realizing the kit was missing two sets of mechanical feed springs, weight bushings and an Allen key to adjust the vacuum supply. An Accel spokesman confirmed that despite photos and manufacturer instructions, these parts are not included. I was advised to get a set of Advanced Curve Mr. Gaskets if I need bushings and extra springs. Very disappointing.

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. My 8200 kit included only black curved feed springs (no gold or silver), no bushings for weight guides to move over the pins, no white heatsink grease for the module, and no Allen key. The rest of the set is very good and works. Note: The instructions don't say this, but with a 50kΩ coil you MUST increase the gap at the spark plugs to 0.050. Five stars for work and quality, two stars for completeness.
